I recently saw a statistic that says look, despite the fact that the best restaurants are full of people at Easter, only 35 percent of Americans have for their Passover meal. This means that 65 percent of us is to stay home and cook or we are the guests of relatives who are in the process.
I cookand preparing Easter dinner at my house this year for the first time in 24 years! Finally I have a well trained, highly competent employees in my restaurant. Will be responsible for all activities, so I cook for my family, relatives and friends. I think this is a great honor, not a burden. This is one of the things that are the best, and I love it!

2 cups mayonnaise

1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
1 / 2 cup white onion, diced
1 / 8Teaspoon white pepper
1 / 4 - 1 / 2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon sherry vinegar
1 / 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 1 / 2 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 1 / 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1 / 2 cups grated mozzarella cheeseInstructions:

Wash the beans thoroughly in clear, cold water and trim the ends

Put the beans in a pot with boiling water to blanch for 3-4 minutes (Some people add a little 'salt to the boiling water, but this is optional, and there should be plenty of room in the pot, but do not use more water necessary. If you use the beans cook more than you have room for, it's okay to cook in batches.)
